"Cream of" soup mix - gluten free

4 cups powdered milk
1 1/2 cups cornstarch (cornflour in the UK)
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable bullion
4 tsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground black pepper

For one can condensed soup, measure 1/3 cup of the mix and add 1 cup of water. Heat in a saucepan over medium-low heat until it starts to thicken.
